Centro de Difusión Cultural en la Ciudad de Cusco

Abstract

La investigación realizada en el presente trabajo tiene como fin evidenciar el análisis de la tipología escogida para el desarrollo del proyecto de tesis para optar el título de bachiller en arquitectura.

A lo largo del documento se presentará el estudio que sustente la tipología seleccionada de centro cultural, el cual se desarrollará en la ciudad de Cusco siendo patrimonio cultural del Perú; con el objetivo de difundir la cultura y costumbres de los ciudadanos cusqueños. Del mismo modo, se justificará el tipo de usuario, la problemática por la que se desea realizar un centro cultural en la ciudad de Cusco, respondiendo a las necesidades de la comunidad con un adecuado equipamiento cultural e infraestructura apropiada para su buen funcionamiento según normativa internacional, nacional y local. Esta propuesta de equipamiento estará constituida bajo el énfasis de permeabilidad, el cual se desarrollará teóricamente para implementar sus componentes en el diseño. Así mismo se mostrará el análisis realizado de quince proyectos referenciales para la tipología, de los cuales catorce son referentes arquitectónicos internacionales y uno nacional, el análisis de cinco proyectos referenciales para sustentar el énfasis arquitectónico de permeabilidad y el análisis de tres posibles terrenos en donde se emplazará el proyecto.

The research carried out in this work aims to demonstrate the analysis of the chosen typology for the development of the thesis project to obtain the bachelor's degree in architecture.

Throughout the document, the study that supports the selected type of cultural center will be presented, which will be developed in the city of Cusco, being the cultural heritage of Peru; with the aim of spreading the culture and customs of the citizens of Cusco. In the same way, the type of user will be justified, the problem for which it is desired to create a cultural center in the city of Cusco, responding to the needs of the community with adequate cultural equipment and appropriate infrastructure for its proper functioning according to international regulations., national and local. This equipment proposal will be constituted under the emphasis of permeability, which will be developed theoretically to implement its components in the design. Likewise, the analysis carried out of fifteen reference projects for the typology will be shown, of which fourteen are international architectural references and one national, the analysis of five reference projects to support the architectural emphasis of permeability and the analysis of three possible lands where will locate the project.
