Residencia Estudiantil para Oficiales del Ejército en Lima

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Residencia Estudiantil para Oficiales del Ejército en Lima”, busca dar solución a la problemática que enfrentan los oficiales del Ejército que se encuentran realizando estudios en la ciudad de Lima, debido a que no cuentan con una residencia de estudiantes que facilite y potencie sus esfuerzos durante el desarrollo de sus estudios y capacitaciones que reciben en las instalaciones del Comando de Educación y Doctrina del Ejército (COEDE).

Para su desarrollo en el capítulo 1 se desarrolló la introducción y la presentación del tema estableciendo los fundamentos que serán empleados para su diseño arquitectónico, habiéndose determinado que el énfasis sensorial es el más indicado; en el punto capítulo 2, se determinaron los problemas y objetivos que deben orientar el desarrollo del proyecto; en el capítulo 3, se desarrolló el marco referencial, en el que se establecieron las definiciones más importantes y se analizó el contexto global, nacional y local que permitirá dar la orientación necesaria al proyecto; en el capítulo 4, se realizó el análisis de los proyectos referenciales; en el capítulo 5, se realizó la programación arquitectónica y el análisis espacial; en el capítulo 6, se realizó el estudio del lugar y la selección del terreno; en el capítulo 7, se trabajaron las estrategias del diseño y en el capítulo 8, se desarrollaron las conclusiones, terminando el trabajo con las referencias bibliográficas.

The present research work called “Student Residence for Army Officers in Lima”, seeks to solve the problems faced by Army officers who are studying in the city of Lima, because they do not have a student residence. That facilitates and enhances their efforts during the development of their studies and training that they receive at the facilities of the Army Education and Doctrine Command (COEDE).

For its development in chapter 1, the introduction and presentation of the theme was developed, establishing the foundations that will be used for its architectural desing, having determined that the sensory emphasis is the most indicated; in chapter 2, the problems and objectives that should guide the development of the project were determined; in chapter 3, the referential framework was developed, in which the most important definitions were established and the global, national and local context was analysed, which will allow the necessary orientation to be given to the project; in chapter 4, the analysis of the referential projects was carried out; in chapter 5, the architectural programming and spatial analysis were carried out; in chapter 6, the study of the place and the selection of the land were carried out; in chapter 7, the desing strategies were worked on and in the chapter 8, the conclusions were developed, ending the work with the bibliographical references.
