Incidencia del ISO 9001:2015 Sistemas de gestión de calidad en el rendimiento financiero de las medianas empresas de transporte de carga terrestre de Ate Vitarte, 2022

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es la incidencia de la Norma ISO 9001:2015 gestión de calidad en el rendimiento financiero de las medianas empresas de transporte de carga terrestre de Ate Vitarte, 2022, donde los métodos de investigación son mixtos, explicativos, con variables dependientes e independientes, no experimentales de corte transversal y muestreo probabilístico. La herramienta cualitativa utilizada fue entrevistas con tres expertos en la materia de ISO 9001:2015 con conocimiento de la industria del transporte terrestre, mientras que para la herramienta cuantitativa se utilizó una encuesta.

Este estudio consta de seis capítulos, iniciando con una descripción de la industria del transporte terrestre de carga y el marco teórico de la norma ISO 9001:2015, así como las variables que la componen. En segundo lugar, el diseño de la investigación consta de la descripción del problema, el planteamiento del problema, la justificación y relevancia, las limitaciones y parámetros, los objetivos y las hipótesis de la investigación. En tercer lugar, el método utilizado en el estudio consiste en la operacionalización de variables, el desarrollo metodológico y métodos de investigación mixtos para la creación de poblaciones y muestras. En cuarto lugar, el curso del estudio muestra las entrevistas y encuestas realizadas con el grupo objetivo, así como un caso real de las cuentas relevantes antes y después de la aplicación de la norma ISO 9001:2015 para examinar su impacto en los estados financieros. Quinto, realizar un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de los resultados de la investigación. Finalmente, teniendo en cuenta las hipótesis propuestas, se formulan conclusiones y recomendaciones.

The purpose of this research work is the impact of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard on the financial performance of medium-sized land freight transport companies in Ate Vitarte, 2022, where the research methods are mixed, explanatory, with dependent variables, non-experimental cross-sectional and probabilistic sampling. The qualitative tool used was interviews with three ISO 9001:2015 subject matter experts with knowledge of the land transportation industry, while a survey was used for the quantitative tool.

This study consists of six chapters, starting with a description of the land cargo transportation industry and the theoretical framework of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as the variables that compose it. Secondly, the research design consists of the description of the problem, the problem statement, the justification and relevance, the limitations and parameters, the objectives, and the research hypotheses. Thirdly, the method used in the study consists of the operationalization of variables, methodological development, and mixed research methods for the creation of populations and samples. Fourthly, the course of the study shows the interviews and surveys conducted with the target group, as well as a real case of the relevant accounts before and after the application of ISO 9001:2015 to examine its impact on the financial statements. Fifth, perform a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research results. Finally, considering the proposed hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations are formulated.
