Terminal Terrestre en San Juan de Miraflores aplicando los principios de la Arquitectura Permeable

Abstract

Actualmente, el sistema de transporte terrestre juega un papel de suma importancia en la integración económica, social y cultural de las ciudades. Por ello, el siguiente trabajo presenta la previa investigación al proyecto de tesis donde se realiza el análisis y comprensión de edificaciones destinadas a ofrecer servicios ligados a este sistema, desde el punto de vista de su funcionalidad y el impacto que tiene en la comunidad. Asimismo, la presente investigación consiste también en la comprensión espacial mediante los aspectos físicos y abstractos que aborda la Arquitectura Permeable y como esta puede afectar positivamente dentro de la funcionalidad de un Terminal Terrestre.

Como punto de partida se aborda el tema de tipología, ya que mediante este se determina el principal funcionamiento del edificio y también el usuario objetivo. Por otro lado, se realiza el estudio del lugar donde se emplazará el proyecto, siendo San Juan de Miraflores la zona elegida gracias a un profundo análisis a diferentes escalas con la finalidad de que el proyecto beneficie a la comunidad. También, se realizó una rigurosa investigación a múltiples criterios, problemas por resolver, objetivos que cumplir, el contexto a respetar, proyectos que funcionen como referencia tanto en la tipología como el énfasis, entre otros, con el fin de entender todos aquellos conceptos que involucran a la tipología y así poder llegar al desarrollo un buen diseño arquitectónico para este tipo de edificaciones.

Currently, the land transportation system plays a very important role in the economic, social and cultural integration of cities. Therefore, the following work presents the research prior to the thesis project where the analysis and understanding of buildings intended to offer services linked to this system is carried out, from the point of view of its functionality and the impact it has on the community. Likewise, this research also consists of spatial understanding through the physical and abstract aspects that Permeable Architecture addresses and how this can positively affect the functionality of a Land Terminal.

As a starting point, the topic of typology is addressed, since this determines the main functioning of the building and also the target user. On the other hand, the study of the place where the project will be located is carried out, with San Juan de Miraflores being the chosen area thanks to an in-depth analysis at different scales with the aim that the project benefits the community. Also, a rigorous investigation was carried out on multiple criteria, problems to be solved, objectives to be met, the context to be respected, projects that function as a reference both in typology and emphasis, among others, in order to understand all those concepts that involve to the typology and thus be able to develop a good architectural design for this type of buildings.
