Impacto de la cadena de valor de los fertilizantes sobre la cadena de valor de los aguacates exportados por empresas peruanas, 2023.

Abstract

En la actualidad, existe una escasez de fertilizantes debido a que tenemos cierta dependencia de recursos de fertirrigación de países externos como Rusia, China y EE.UU. Esto de alguna manera ha puesto en riesgo la campaña agrícola del 2023 y en los meses sucesivos, al deteriorar la cadena de abastecimiento por distintos factores externos. La investigación se enfoca en analizar cómo la cadena de valor de los fertilizantes afecta la cadena de valor de los aguacates exportados.

Currently, there is a shortage of fertilizers due to a certain dependence on fertigation resources from external countries such as Russia, China and the U.S. This has somehow put at risk the agricultural campaign of 2023 and in the following months, by impairing the supply chain due to different external factors. The research focuses on analyzing how the fertilizer value chain affects the value chain of exported avocados.

The scope of the research is explanatory since it will analyze how and why the variables are related through a cause-effect relationship. The research methodology will be non-experimental, since the data collection will be carried out without manipulating any variable, using a cross-sectional approach by collecting information at a specific moment in time.

For the development of the research, quantitative instruments were used, taking into consideration the universe and the sample of study, subsequently analyzing the results, which were presented in tables and graphs.

According to the results obtained, it can be deduced that there is a mutual influence between the fertilizer value chain and exported avocados. A close relationship between the variables is observed when there is an impact on aspects such as supply, purchases, quality standards and sustainability.
