Los Centros de Acogida Residencial para Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes (CAR NNA), es una tipología que el gobierno peruano lo tiene en el olvido, a pesar de, cada año tener altas cifras de maltrato infantil conllevando al abandono de esta población, sus centros por su ineficiencia en todos los ámbitos no atienden más que el 9% de la demanda. Esto evidencia un problema que en esta investigación se busca dar a conocer y encontrar una solución desde la arquitectura mediante el modelo familiar y el énfasis In Between Concept, ubicando el proyecto en el distrito de Villa el Salvador - Lima, siendo uno de los lugares de conflicto y con la necesidad de tener un CAR NNA de esta envergadura. Por eso mismo, se atenderá y albergará a 108 menores que de acuerdo a sus necesidades se realiza un programa arquitectónico de 6,350 m2 de área techada dividido en cinco paquetes funcionales: Público, Administración, Área común interna, Área privada y Servicio. Se escoge un terreno adecuado para equilibrar el programa con el área libre tomando en cuenta uno de los factores analizados por los proyectos referenciales. Este terreno tiene un área de 7,509.19 m2 y, a su lado, un terreno vacío donde se aprovecha en diseñar un master plan con enfoque religioso teniendo una zona de transición con una capilla, al lado un centro social comunitario y un convento para, de esta manera, impulsar y generar una comunidad que a su vez se aprovecha en concientizar a las personas para así reducir los casos de abandono infantil en la zona.The Domestic shelter center for children’s and teens in Villa el Salvador, is a typology that the Peruvian government has forgotten, despite, every year having high numbers of child abuse leading to the abandonment of this population, its centers Due to their inefficiency in all areas, they do not attend more than 9% of the demand. This evidences a problem that this research seeks to publicize and find a solution from architecture through the family model and the In Between Concept emphasis, locating the project in the district of Villa el Salvador - Lima, being one of the places of conflict and with the need to have a Domestic shelter center of this magnitude. For this reason, 108 minors will be cared for and housed. According to their needs, an architectural program of 6,350 m2 of covered area is carried out, divided into five functional packages: Public, Administration, Internal common area, Private area and Service. A suitable piece of land is chosen to balance the program with the free area, taking into account one of the factors analyzed by the referential projects. This land has an area of 7,509.19 m2 and, next to it, an empty land where it is used to design a master plan with a religious focus, having a transition zone with a church, next to it a community social center and a convent for, in this way, promote and generate a community that in turn takes advantage of raising awareness among people in order to reduce cases of child abandonment in the area.
