dc.description.abstract | Introducción: Debido a la pandemia por Covid-19, se decretó en todo el mundo y en Lima- Perú un estado de emergencia sanitaria, por ello las universidades tuvieron que cerrar sus puertas y cambiar su modalidad de enseñanza a la virtualidad, generando en los estudiantes la adquisición o refuerzo de competencias como resiliencia y autoeficacia. Es por esta razón que la presente investigación buscó determinar la relación entre resiliencia y autoeficacia en estudiantes de una universidad Privada de Lima. Método: el estudio fue de estrategia asociativa, tipo predictivo y diseño correlacional simple, con una muestra de 200 estudiantes universitarios mayores de 18 años (x̄ = 21.3, σ = 2.05) matriculados entre cuarto y octavo ciclo de sus respectivas carreras profesionales. Asimismo, para poder medir estas variables, se usó la escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young y la escala de Autoeficacia General de Baessler & Schwarzer, ambos debidamente validados en población peruana. Resultados: se determinó que existe relación significativa entre dichas variables (rs entre .502 a .597) y que la variable sociodemográfica sexo es relevante en Autoeficacia y la dimensión Confianza y Sentirse Bien Solo de Resiliencia, siendo los hombres quienes denotaron mayor puntaje, aunque no exista una alta predominancia. | |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction: As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, a state of health emergency was declared throughout the world and in Lima-Peru, and universities had to close their doors and change their teaching modality to online, generating in students the acquisition or reinforcement of competencies such as resilience and self-efficacy. Therefore, this research sought to determine the relationship between resilience and self-efficacy in students at a private university in Lima. Method: The study was an associative strategy, predictive and simple correlational design, with a sample of 200 university students over 18 years of age (x̄ = 21.3, σ = 2.05) enrolled between the fourth and eighth cycle of their respective professional careers. Furthermore, in order to measure these variables, we used Wagnild and Young's Resilience scale and Baessler & Schwarzer's General Self-Efficacy scale, both duly validated in the Peruvian population.
