El propósito de esta tesis es explicar la influencia del liderazgo carismático en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en empresas privadas de tecnología, Lima Metropolitana 2023. Con este fin, se analizan cinco dimensiones para el liderazgo carismático como: la visión estratégica, la adaptación al entorno, la sensibilidad con los seguidores, el riesgo personal y la estimulación no convencional. También, se analizan tres dimensiones con relación al desempeño laboral la cuales son: las condiciones de trabajo, la satisfacción laboral y la motivación. La metodología presenta un diseño no experimental de naturaleza transversal, alcance explicativo. Para ello, se utiliza una técnica de muestreo aleatorio simple en el que se elige a 304 empleados, el cual representa a la muestra del total de encuestados. El instrumento de medición es de tipo Likert con una escala que va de 1 (nunca) al 5 (siempre). Los resultados determinan los líderes carismáticos tienen influencia significativa en el desempeño de los trabajadores pertenecientes a empresas privadas de tecnología, Lima Metropolitana 2023. En efecto, se obtuvo un R2 de 0,523. En conclusión se explica que las dimensiones planteadas contribuyen a tener un equipo de trabajo motivado, proactivo y orientado hacia metas definidas de la empresa.The purpose of this thesis is to explain the influence of charismatic leadership on the work performance of employees in private technology companies, Metropolitan Lima 2023. To this end, five dimensions for charismatic leadership are analyzed, such as: strategic vision, adaptation to environment, sensitivity to followers, personal risk and unconventional stimulation. Also, three dimensions are analyzed in relation to job performance which are: working conditions, job satisfaction and motivation. The methodology presents a non-experimental design of a transversal nature, explanatory scope. To do this, a simple random sampling technique is used in which 304 employees are chosen, which represents the sample of the total number of respondents. The measurement instrument is Likert type with a scale ranging from 1 (never) to 5 (always). The results determine that charismatic leaders have a significant influence on the performance of workers belonging to private technology companies, Metropolitan Lima 2023. In effect, an R2 of 0.523 was obtained. In conclusion, it is explained that the proposed dimensions contribute to having a motivated, proactive work team oriented towards the defined goals of the company.
