Centro de Investigación y difusión de la flora en Pachacamac

Abstract

El tema de tesis desarrollado en la investigación corresponde a la propuesta arquitectónica de un “Centro de Investigación y Difusión de la Flora en Pachacamac”, el cual surge gracias a la necesidad de promover el entorno natural, pues la falta de interés que existe hacia este se ve reflejado en la infraestructura que lo investiga y en su pérdida progresiva. Para esto fue necesario el análisis de proyectos referenciales, antecedentes históricos, la utilización de normas referentes al tema y el exhaustivo estudio de las características más relevantes del lugar, el cual se encuentra próximo a las Lomas de Lúcumo y al valle agrícola de Lurín. Ante esto, el proyecto se basa en crear espacios dignos para la investigación científica y difusión de la flora, además de brindar áreas de huertos a la comunidad, los cuales sirven de recreación y promoción esta. Por lo que, la constante relación con el exterior es un factor relevante que influye en el diseño de este proyecto, y se logra a través de la creación zonas intermedias, iluminación natural, tecnologías y materiales que reduzcan el impacto con el medio ambiente. Por todo lo mencionado se concluye que el tema de tesis es aquel que enfrenta los distintos aspectos sociales, formales, funcionales y tecnológicos, para lograr un proyecto idóneo, donde el objetivo final es la conservación del entorno natural.

The thesis theme developed in the research corresponds to the architectural proposal of a "Centre for Research of Flora in Pachacamac", which arises thanks to the need to promote the natural environment, because the lack of interest that exists towards it is reflected in the infrastructure that investigates it and in its progressive loss. For this it was necessary to analyze reference projects, historical background, the use of rules regarding the subject and the exhaustive study of the most relevant characteristics of the place, which is close to the Lomas de Lúcumo and the agricultural valley of Lurín. Faced with this, the project is based on creating decent spaces for scientific research and diffusion of flora, as well as providing areas of orchards to the community, which serve as recreation and promotion. Therefore, the constant relationship with the outside is a relevant factor that influences the design of this project, and is achieved through the creation of intermediate zones, natural lighting, technologies and materials that reduce the impact on the environment. For all this, it is concluded that the thesis is the one that faces the different social, formal, functional and technological aspects, in order to achieve an ideal project, where the ultimate objective is the conservation of the natural environment.
