Micronoticiero MINEN INFORMA como fuente de noticias transparente para construir y reforzar la imagen institucional

Abstract

MINEM INFORMA, es un micronoticiero realizado por el Ministerio de Energía y Minas del Perú, el cual tiene como objetivo principal, informar a la población peruana sobre las actividades desarrolladas en sus tres subsectores: Minería, Hidrocarburos y Electricidad. Esta información brindada, busca generar transparencia con las noticias desde el punto de vista del MINEM. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional, analiza el proceso de construcción del micronoticiero como producto audiovisual, a partir de los principales conceptos desarrollados en la carrera universitaria. Desde la narrativa audiovisual, se identifica el desarrollo de las historias en cada noticia, y cómo estas intervienen para transmitir sensaciones o emociones al espectador. Dentro del lenguaje audiovisual, se detallan de manera técnica los recursos visuales y sonoros que se emplean para la construcción del micronoticiero. Asimismo, se explican las técnicas y tecnologías que se ejecutaron para afrontar los distintos retos presentados durante la producción. Estos conceptos sirven como base para hacer un autoanálisis sobre las oportunidades de mejora que se pueden realizar en futuras producciones audiovisuales.

MINEM INFORMA is a micronews produced by the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru, whose main objective is to inform the Peruvian population about the activities carried out in its three subsectors: Mining, Hydrocarbons and Electricity. This information provided seeks to generate transparency with the news from the MINEM point of view. This professional work analyzes the construction process of the micronews as an audiovisual product, based on the main concepts developed in the university career. From the audiovisual narrative, the development of the stories in each news item is identified and how they intervene to transmit sensations or emotions to the viewer. Within the audiovisual language, the visual and sound resources used for the construction of the micro-newscast are technically detailed. Likewise, the techniques and technologies that were executed to face the different challenges presented during production are explained. These concepts serve as a basis for self-analysis of the opportunities for improvement that can be developed in future audiovisual productions.
