Análisis y propuesta de mejora de la seguridad vial aplicando la metodología del MSV en la vía vecinal vista alegre que conecta con la carretera nacional PE-3S de acceso a la ciudad de Abancay

Abstract

La investigación demostrará el problema de la deficiente seguridad vial a través de una inspección vial en un tramo de vía local que conecta 2 vías principales de categoría “carretera de segundo orden”, se utilizará el manual de seguridad vial DG-2018. Con esto, explicaremos las herramientas y normativas que nos permitan demostrar la falta de algún agente u objeto de seguridad vial que sea necesario en la zona. Sin embargo, se explicará la necesidad de recategorizar o incrementar la señalización, agentes viales u objetos de seguridad y demarcación. Debido a que la calle vecinal de la zona residencial Vista Alegre es frecuentada por accidentes y aglomeración de vehículos pesados y puestos comerciales ambulantes. Para concluir se determinarán los sectores críticos de la vía y las acciones de mitigación.

Con esto propondremos alternativas para mejorar la vía y consideraremos una propuesta para mejorar la red vial. Por lo tanto, se analizará y mejorará la propuesta para que esta sea más factible y cumpla con las condiciones mejoradas de seguridad vial.

The investigation will demonstrate the problem of poor road safety through a road inspection on a section of local road that connects 2 main roads of the "second order road" category; the road safety manual DG-2018 will be used. With this, we will explain the tools and regulations that allow us to demonstrate the lack of any road safety agent or object that is necessary in the area. However, the need to recategorize or increase signage, road agents or security and demarcation objects will be explained. Due to the neighborhood street in the Vista Alegre residential area, it is frequented by accidents and crowds of heavy vehicles and mobile commercial stands. To conclude, the critical sectors of the road and mitigation actions will be determined.

With this we will propose alternatives to improve the road and we will consider a proposal to improve the road network. Therefore, the proposal will be analyzed and improved to be more feasible and comply with the improved road safety conditions.
