Rediseño del sistema web del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza mediante la Metodología Lean UX para para satisfacer la necesidad de agendamiento de citas

Abstract

La finalidad de este proyecto de investigación es determinar la alternativa más idónea en base a la metodología Lean UX para mejorar las funcionalidades e incrementar la utilidad del sistema de agendamiento de citas web que el Hospital Arzobispo Loayza implementó en el año 2023, teniendo en cuenta la gran importancia que tiene la aplicación de la metodología para el sistema web puesto que este se basa en desarrollar un producto enfocado en la experiencia del usuario, por lo cual será de gran utilidad para el hospital poseer información sobre las aplicaciones internacionales dentro del sector salud y empresas que tomaron acción en el desarrollo de un sistema sin tener en cuenta cuales eran las necesidades que el paciente enfrenta al utilizarlo. El proyecto plantea la elaboración de la metodología de investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño documental puesto que la información que se usará para recopilar la información será mediante fuentes externas e internas. Estas serán mediante publicaciones de instituciones oficiales, revistas, periódicos, libros académicos, entre otros. Así mismo, fuentes internas como solicitud mediante mesa de partes acerca de los reportes de citas del sistema, procesos de implementación e indicadores de eficiencia del sistema aplicado. Para dar a conocer la problemática que enfrenta el hospital y cuáles son los factores que influyen en la baja utilidad de este. Se concluye que tras desarrollar la investigación y recopilación de datos se puede conocer que a través de los antecedentes que aplica el desarrollo un diseño centrado en el usuario incrementa la fidelización de los pacientes e incrementa la utilidad del sistema.

The purpose of this research project is to determine the most suitable alternative based on the Lean UX methodology to improve the functionalities and increase the usefulness of the web appointment scheduling system that the Hospital Arzobispo Loayza implemented in the year 2023, taking into account the great importance of the application of the methodology for the web system since it is based on developing a product focused on the user experience, so it will be very useful for the hospital to have information on international applications within the health sector and companies that took action in the development of a system without taking into account what were the needs that the patient faces when using it. The project proposes the elaboration of a descriptive type of research methodology, with a documentary design since the information that will be used to gather the information will be through external and internal sources. These will be through publications of official institutions, magazines, newspapers, academic books, among others. Also, internal sources such as requests through the parts desk about the system's appointment reports, implementation processes and efficiency indicators of the applied system. To make known the problems faced by the hospital and which are the factors that influence the low utility of the system. It is concluded that after developing the research and data collection it can be known that through the background that applies the development of a user-centered design increases the loyalty of patients and increases the usefulness of the system.
