Estructura organizacional de una agencia de carga para mejorar su competitividad internacional

Abstract

La estructura de una agencia de carga es fundamental para asignar de manera eficiente los recursos disponibles. Asimismo, define claramente las responsabilidades y roles de cada miembro de la empresa. Esto facilita la coordinación de actividades y la colaboración entre diferentes áreas, lo que es esencial en una agencia de carga, donde se deben gestionar múltiples aspectos operativos y logísticos.

El objetivo general de la investigación es analizar la mejor estrategia para lograr mejorar la competitividad internacional de la agencia de carga All Cargo Logistics S.A.C. Para ello, se eligió una investigación cualitativa en la cual recopilamos información de diferentes gerentes generales acerca de sus experiencias en el rubro y diversos trabajos de investigación que facilitaron la elaboración del presente trabajo.

Se concluyo que la reestructuración organización es la mejor solución para la agencia de carga All Cargo Logistics S.A.C debido a que permite mantener y mejorar la competitividad. Asimismo, el costo de implementación es bajo con respecto a las otras alternativas presentadas y su viabilidad es mayor.

Finalmente, se examinan las implicancias de la decisión en la organización, incluyendo aspectos operativos, administrativos y financieros. Se ofrecen recomendaciones para situaciones problemáticas similares en el futuro, resaltando la importancia de la reestructuración como una estrategia dinámica para el crecimiento en un entorno logístico global de constantes cambios.

The structure of a freight forwarder is essential to efficiently allocate available resources. It also clearly defines the responsibilities and roles of each member of the company. This facilitates the coordination of activities and collaboration between different areas, which is essential in a freight forwarding agency, where multiple operational and logistical aspects must be managed.

The general objective of the research is to analyze the best strategy to improve the international competitiveness of the freight forwarder All Cargo Logistics S.A.C. For this purpose, we chose a qualitative research in which we gathered information from different general managers about their experiences in the industry and different research works that facilitated the elaboration of this work.

It was concluded that organizational restructuring is the best solution for the freight forwarder All Cargo Logistics S.A.C because it allows to maintain and improve competitiveness. Also, the cost of implementation is low compared to the other alternatives presented, and its feasibility is higher.

Finally, the implications of the decision on the organization are examined, including operational, administrative and financial aspects. Recommendations are offered for similar problem situations in the future, highlighting the importance of restructuring as a dynamic strategy for growth in an ever-changing global logistics environment.
