La finalidad de la presente investigación es encontrar cómo es que se relacionan las variables de severidad percibida, susceptibilidad percibida y amenaza percibida en relación a la intención de uso de los usuarios de servicios de banca móvil. Por lo que se elaborará un análisis con un enfoque cuantitativo en donde mediante una escala de Likert de 5 puntos las variables propuestas serán medidas. Además, la muestra a realizar será de 400 personas de Lima Metropolitana que utilicen servicios de banca móvil.The purpose of this research is to find how the variables of perceived severity, perceived susceptibility and perceived threat are related in relation to intention to use of mobile banking services users. Therefore, an analysis will be developed with a quantitative approach were using a Likert scale of 5 points the proposed variables will be measured. In addition, the sample to be carried out will be 400 people from Lima Metropolitana who use mobile banking services.
