El propósito de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y el compromiso organizacional de los colaboradores de la fuerza de ventas de la banca múltiple en Lima Metropolitana 2023. Ambas variables representan un desafío constante para el desarrollo y éxito organizacional. La metodología empleada en la investigación es del tipo cuantitativo no experimental, de alcance transversal-correlacional. Se selecciona una muestra de 380 colaboradores de la fuerza de ventas del Banco de Crédito BCP, Banco BBVA, Scotiabank del Perú e Interbank, estos colaboradores se desempeñan en el área de Lima Metropolitana y cuentan con un año de permanencia en la planilla de los bancos mencionados. Para la obtención de datos se diseñó una encuesta con 33 elementos con la escala de Likert. Esta encuesta nace de una matriz de operacionalización de variables, donde se ha considerado a la influencia idealizada, motivación inspiradora, estimulación intelectual y consideración individualizada como dimensiones de la variable liderazgo transformacional y, compromiso afectivo, compromiso normativo y compromiso de continuidad como dimensiones para la variable compromiso organizacional. Los resultados fueron analizados a través del coeficiente de Rho Spearman, donde se pudo validar las hipótesis formuladas, afirmando que el liderazgo transformacional guarda una relación positiva considerable con el compromiso organizacional de los colaboradores de la fuerza de ventas de la banca múltiple en Lima Metropolitana 2023.The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational commitment of employees of the sales force of the multiple banking in Metropolitan Lima 2023. Both variables represent a constant challenge for organizational development and success. The methodology used in the research is non-experimental quantitative type, transversal-correlational scope. A sample of 380 employees is selected from the sales force of Banco de Crédito BCP, Banco BBVA, Scotiabank del Perú and Interbank. These employees work in the Metropolitan Lima area and have been on the banks' payroll for one year. mentioned. To obtain data, a survey was designed with 33 items with the Likert scale. This survey is born from an operationalization matrix of variables, where idealized influence, inspiring motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration have been considered as dimensions of the transformational leadership variable and, affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuity commitment as dimensions for the organizational commitment variable. The results were analyzed through the Rho Spearman coefficient, where the formulated hypotheses could be validated, stating that transformational leadership has a considerable positive relationship with the organizational commitment of the collaborators of the sales force of the multiple banking in Metropolitan Lima 2023.
