Abstract

Con el paso del tiempo el lugar en donde crecí, Máncora. He sido testigo del potencial con el que cuenta, desde el punto de vista hotelero, turístico y gastronómico.

Al ver la carencia de experiencia en dicho sector debido a la falta de infraestructura educativa a nivel superior especializada en Administración de Hotelería y Turismo.

Esta institución tiene el deber de desarrollarse en fusión al desarrollo educativo y asimismo el incremento del turismo, gracias a su calidad de servicio. Los estudiantes y turistas tendrán una magnifica experiencia mediante una Arquitectura Vivencial.

El proyecto consiste en la implantación de vincular un Instituto y un Hotel. En donde el estudiante contara con una educación experimental y el turista una experiencia vivencial a través del paisaje del lugar y los diferentes espacios.

Students and tourists will have a magnificent experience through experiential Architecture. The project consists of the implementation of linking an Institute and a Hotel. Where the student will have an experimental education and the tourist an experiential experience through the landscape of the location and the many different spaces being offered.
