Remote work in the work performance of administrative collaborators in the agro-industrial sector in Metropolitan Lima, 2022Abstract
Por lo tanto, se determina que el trabajo remoto no influye significativamente en el desempeño laboral de colaboradores administrativos en Lima Metropolitana, 2022.The objective of this research is to determine the influence of remote work on the work performance of administrative collaborators in the agro-industrial sector in Metropolitan Lima, during the period 2022. The research was born as a result of the fact that many companies started to work remotely due to a context full of uncertainties, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This is an explanatory, quantitative research, with a non-experimental, specific, cross-sectional design. A questionnaire was used as a measurement tool to contrast the hypotheses proposed, in which 250 collaborators were evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale. The Pseudo R-Squared Test was used to determine the dependence of variables, in which 0.05% was obtained as a result, being a very low percentage of dependence. Therefore, it is determined that remote work does not significantly influence the work performance of administrative collaborators in Metropolitan Lima, 2022.
