Impact of COVID-19 on ecommerce shopping behavior of Lima residents from 2020 to 2021Abstract
El tema de investigación "Impacto del COVID-19 en el comportamiento de compra de los limeños en ecommerce durante el 2020 al 2021" tiene como objetivo determinar cómo la pandemia afectó en el comportamiento de compra de los habitantes de Lima - Perú, en el comercio electrónico durante el periodo comprendido entre 2020 y 2021. El método empleado en este estudio es cualitativo y se clasifica como descriptiva, el cual significa que se busca obtener una comprensión detallada de cómo el comportamiento de compra de los limeños en el ecommerce se vio influenciado por la crisis del COVID-19. Asimismo, se utiliza un diseño no experimental del tipo transversal, lo que implica que los investigadores no manipulan variables ni establecen un grupo de control. La población seleccionada para este estudio está compuesta por limeños de entre 15 y 29 años que regularmente realizan compras a través de internet. Estos participantes representan el grupo objetivo específico que se desea investigar en relación con su comportamiento de compra en el ecommerce durante el periodo de tiempo mencionado. Asimismo, el instrumento de investigación utilizado es un cuestionario que ha sido validado por cinco expertos. Esto garantiza que el cuestionario sea confiable y válido en términos de medir adecuadamente las variables relevantes relacionadas con el comportamiento de compra en el ecommerce de los limeños durante el período de estudio.The research topic "Impact of COVID-19 on the shopping behavior of Lima residents in ecommerce during 2020 to 2021" aims to determine how the pandemic affected the shopping behavior of the inhabitants of Lima - Peru, in ecommerce during the period between 2020 and 2021. The method employed in this study is qualitative and is classified as descriptive, which means that it seeks to obtain a detailed understanding of how the purchasing behavior of Lima residents in ecommerce was influenced by the COVID-19 crisis. Likewise, a non-experimental design of the cross-sectional type is used, which implies that the researchers do not manipulate variables or establish a control group. The population selected for this study is composed of Lima residents between 15 and 29 years of age who regularly make purchases over the Internet. These participants represent the specific target group to be investigated in relation to their ecommerce shopping behavior during the aforementioned time period. Also, the research instrument used is a questionnaire that has been validated by five experts. This ensures that the questionnaire is reliable and valid in terms of adequately measuring the relevant variables related to the ecommerce shopping behavior of Limeños during the study period.
