La certificación Operador Económico Autorizado y su relación con la cadena logística de las exportaciones de uvas frescas 0806.10.00.00 entre los años 2015-2021

Abstract

El propósito esencial de esta investigación es determinar en qué medida la certificación Operador Económico Autorizado (OEA) se relaciona con la cadena logística de las exportaciones de uvas frescas (0806.10.00.00), entre los años 2015-2021. Se emplearán dimensiones tales como Seguridad, Costos Logísticos y Tiempo de trámites documentarios. Por este motivo, se efectuó una verificación referencial respecto a las teorías que fundamentan a la cadena logística.

Por otro lado, se han descrito varios estudios con datos empíricos. Para este trabajo de investigación, se empleó un enfoque mixto; es decir, cuantitativo y cualitativo con un diseño no experimental tipo transversal, ya que las variables seleccionadas en el estudio no están expuestas a variación o condiciones experimentales, asimismo, se escogió un periodo entre 2015-2021; y teoría fundamentada respectivamente. Toda la información recopilada fue obtenida a través de entrevistas y encuestas a la población con una muestra de 9 empresas certificadas como OEA, expertos en el sector y entidades, incluso a un funcionario de SUNAT división OEA.

Los resultados de la investigación se obtuvieron por los softwares como Atlas Ti, el cual fue de suma importancia para precisar y validar las hipótesis propuestas y el SPSS para determinar la relación existente entre la certificación OEA y cadena logística.

Finalmente, luego de concluir los resultados de la relación que tiene la certificación OEA con la cadena logística de las empresas exportadoras de uvas frescas entre los años 2015-2021, se detallarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales del tema expuesto en la presente investigación.

The main objective of this study is to determine to what extent the Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) certification is related to the logistics chain of fresh grape exports (0806.10.00.00), between the years 2015-2021. Dimensions such as Security, Logistics Costs and Document Processing Time will be used. For this reason, a bibliographic review was carried out regarding the theories that support the logistics chain.

On the other hand, study variables were specified through empirical data. For this research work, a mixed approach was used; that is, quantitative and qualitative with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, since the variables selected in the study are not exposed to variation or experimental conditions, likewise, a period between 2015-2021 was chosen; and grounded theory respectively. All the information collected was obtained through interviews and surveys of the population with a sample of 9 companies certified as OAS, experts in the sector and entities, including an official from the SUNAT OAS division.

The results of the investigation were obtained by software such as Atlas Ti, which was extremely important to specify and validate the proposed hypotheses and the SPSS to determine the influence that exists between the AEO certification and the logistics chain.

Finally, after concluding the results of the relationship that the OEA certification has with the logistics chain of the exporting companies of fresh grapes between the years 2015-2021, the final conclusions and recommendations of the topic exposed in the present investigation will be detailed.
