El presente trabajo investiga la relación de tres variables que influyen en la experiencia del cliente al momento de hacer una compra online en una tienda de moda. Estas variables son, conveniencia y valor percibido en relación con la satisfacción del cliente. Teniendo en cuenta que un cliente al hacer una compra online busca disminuir el tiempo que invertiría al hacer una compra presencial, siempre va a preferir un sitio web que le otorgue conveniencia al momento de navegar. Es decir, que lo perciban de fácil uso, acceso, que no amerite exceso de esfuerzo ni tiempo. El siguiente paso de esto, es el valor que perciben de la marca, ya que, si esta le otorga la comodidad que busca el cliente, considerará que es una empresa de alto valor. Por lo tanto, para que una empresa tenga éxito, se necesita satisfacer al cliente, ya que el cliente satisfecho será leal a tu empresa, producirá mayores ingresos y, probablemente, recomienden a nuevas personas, ocasionando que lleguen nuevos clientes.This paper investigates the relationship between three variables that influence the customer experience when making an online purchase in a fashion store. These variables are convenience and perceived value in relation to customer satisfaction. Bearing in mind that when making an online purchase, a customer seeks to reduce the time they would invest when making a purchase in person, they will always prefer a website that provides convenience when browsing. That is, that they perceive it as easy to use, access, which does not require excessive effort or time. The next step in this is the value they perceive of the brand, since, if it gives them the comfort that the customer is looking for, they will consider that it is a high-value company. Therefore, for a business to be successful, you need to satisfy the customer, as the satisfied customer will be loyal to your business, produce more income and refer new people, causing new customers to arrive.
