Abstract

El presente trabajo expondrá y analizará el procedimiento administrativo sancionador peruano, tramitado en el Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual, en materia de Idoneidad del Servicio relacionado a los servicios ofrecidos a La Denunciante por parte de una empresa aseguradora. Para ello, se realizará el estudio del concepto de idoneidad del servicio en cuestión, así como el deber de información a cargo de la empresa.
