Image recognition application for products in the retail sectorAbstract
In this work we will review several research articles related to the detection of objects using Deep Learning or other techniques, in order to answer four questions. The answers to these questions will tell us how the authors of the reviewed articles handled various situations that occurred during their experimentation to detect objects of different types. From this, the information collected should serve as a basis to subsequently implement an own recognition model using YOLO and a personalized data set for products found in a retail store. The analysis of the documents is based on the scientific approach proposed by Kitchenham & Charters (2007) and for Wong et al. (2017). We will group the documents by a taxonomy following a series of previous steps and based on a planning.
