Mobbing: Systematic review of the psychometric properties of the NAQ-RAbstract
The objective of this study was to elaborate a systematic review of the psychometric studies prepared with the Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R). The databases used were Scopus, Web of Science and SciELO, with the search carried out from 2009 onwards. Two reviewers assessed the methodological quality of the research on the psychometric properties of the NAQ-R. A total of nine studies were selected and reviewed in terms of their methodological quality and measurement properties, finding as main problems incorrect reporting on validity processes and lack of homogeneity in the estimation of reliability. It can be argued that studies on the psychometric properties of the NAQ-R have not yet shed light on an ideal factorial structure. It is pertinent to continue with the validation studies of the NAQ-R and verify an appropriate taxonomy to delimit its dimensionality.
