Factors of the organizational culture that influence the commitment of employees in companies in the financial sector in 2021Abstract
En los últimos años los factores para que un colaborador se sienta a gusto con la organización donde labora se ha ido transformando, las personas buscan que las empresas que les brindan trabajo cumplan con distintos factores que los ayuden a comprometerse con la misma. Dichos factores van arraigados a la cultura organizacional. Según una encuesta realizada por Clifton (2017) el 62 % de los trabajadores no se siente comprometido con la empresa. Ante esta realidad, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar la influencia de la cultura organizacional en el compromiso de los colaboradores de las empresas del sector financiero en el 2021. La metodología utilizada es una investigación cuantitativa de alcance correlacional y con un diseño no experimental transversal. Además, se empleó el instrumento llamado encuesta para analizar las variables con una muestra de 402 colaboradores del sector financiero en 2021. Luego de analizar los resultados estadísticos obtenidos en las diferentes pruebas realizadas, se puede afirmar que ambas variables de estudio están significativamente relacionadas, con lo cual se demuestra la importancia de que una organización tenga una cultura organizacional que le brinde al colaborador herramientas que promueven el desempeño, la productividad y el compromiso.In recent years, the factors for an employee to feel at ease with the organization where he/she works have been changing, people are looking for the companies that provide them with work to comply with different factors that help them to commit to it. These factors are rooted in the organizational culture. According to a survey conducted by Clifton (2017) 62% of workers do not feel committed to the company. Given this reality, the general objective of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the commitment of employees of companies in the financial sector in 2021. The methodology used is quantitative research of correlational scope and with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. In addition, the instrument called survey was used to analyze the variables with a sample of 402 collaborators of the financial sector in 2021. After analyzing the statistical results obtained in the different tests performed, it can be affirmed that both study variables are significantly related, which demonstrates the importance of an organization having an organizational culture that provides the employee with tools that promote performance, productivity and commitment.
