El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal demostrar la influencia del teletrabajo en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores administrativos del sector de servicios de ingeniería, en Lima Metropolitana, 2022. Tiene un alcance explicativo, una metodología cuantitativa y un diseño no experimental - transversal, el cual ha tenido como técnica principal la encuesta y cuestionarios tipo Likert, los cuales fueron validados por dos jueces expertos en la materia. La población que obtuvo el presente trabajo de investigación fue de 179 648 personas, reduciéndose a una muestra total de 383 colaboradores, quienes fueron encuestados a través de formularios de Google Forms. Esta cantidad de colaboradores fue hallada a través del muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. Finalmente se determinó que sí existe una influencia significativa entre el teletrabajo y el desempeño laboral, ya que de acuerdo al R cuadrado se puede determinar que un 5,2% del desempeño laboral lo determina la modalidad del teletrabajo.The main objective of this research work is to demonstrate the influence of teleworking on the job performance of administrative collaborators in the engineering services sector, in Metropolitan Lima, 2022. It has an explanatory scope, a quantitative methodology and a non-experimental - cross-sectional design, which has had as its main technique the survey and Likert-type questionnaires, which were validated by two expert judges in the field. The population that obtained the present research work was 179,648 people, reducing to a total sample of 383 collaborators, who were surveyed through Google Forms. This number of collaborators was found through simple random probabilistic sampling. Finally, it will be extended that there is a significant influence between teleworking and job performance, since according to the R square it can be determined that 5.2% of job performance is determined by the teleworking modality.
