Actualmente, las Coffee shops representan un espacio para que las personas se reúnan, relajen y compartan lejos del ambiente del trabajo y el hogar, por tanto, deben promover el desarrollo de actividades que incentiven la satisfacción, el compromiso y la lealtad del consumidor en relación a la experiencia que viven en estos establecimientos. Para la metodología, se diseñó un instrumento de recolección de datos, caracterizado por un cuestionario en línea con escala de medición de tipo Likert del 1 al 5, donde 1=Totalmente en desacuerdo y 5=Totalmente de acuerdo, para ser aplicado a una muestra de 400 personas que visiten al menos dos veces a la semana Coffee shops. Finalmente, el análisis estadístico, se evaluará mediante el análisis de ecuaciones estructurales con el software Smart PLS.Currently, Coffee shops represent a space for people to meet, relax and share away from the work and home environment, therefore, they must promote the development of activities that encourage consumer satisfaction, commitment and loyalty in relation to the experience they live in these establishments. For the methodology, a data collection instrument was designed, characterized by an online questionnaire with a Likert-type measurement scale from 1 to 5, where 1=Totally disagree and 5=Totally agree, to be applied to a sample. than 400 people who visit at least twice a week Coffee shops. Finally, the statistical analysis will be evaluated through the analysis of structural equations with the Smart PLS software.
