Centro de Inducción al Circuito ecoturístico vivencial del vino y pisco en el Valle de Lunahuaná

Abstract

En el Perú,el turismoes la tercera industria más grande, este fenómeno se debe a la diversidad en la oferta de atractivos, teniendo reconocimiento internacionalmente por productoscomo su Pisco y gastronomía, por ende,a lo largo de su territorio cuenta con numerososatractivosturísticos que permiten disfrutar, degustar y vivir su elaboración.En búsqueda del encuentro de uno de estos parajes, ubicamos el valle de Lunahuaná, en el Distrito de Cañete, Provincia de Lima, ubicado a untiempo de tan solodos horas de la ciudad de Lima, donde se pretende desarrollar este proyecto que consiste en diseñar un centro ecoturístico vivencial para la inducción al circuito del vino y pisco que permita integrar actividades como el hospedaje, la gastronomía y la enología bajo criterios de arquitectura sustentable, llevando a cabo un trabajo de campo para reconocer el lugar y de gabinete para recopilar la información que sustente teóricamente el proyecto. Para ello se propone un Centro de Inducción al Circuito Ecoturístico Vivencial del Vino y Pisco en el Valle de Lunahuaná como una agrupaciónde diferentes actividades y servicios complementariosentre sí,que pretenden mostrar la diversidad cultural y económica del lugar, dicho centro contará con las siguientes zonas:Bodega, Restaurante, Centro administrativo, Ecolodge y los Servicios que abastecen a los mismos. Finalmente,esto coadyuvaráal crecimiento del ecoturismo en el país y beneficiaráen trabajo a los pobladores locales, asímismo ayudaráamejorarel estándar decalidad del producto a lo largo del valle.

In search of the meeting of one of these places, we located the Lunahuaná valley, District of Cañete, Province of Lima, located just two hours from the city of Lima, where it is intended to develop this project that consists of designing a Experiential ecotourism center for the induction of the wine and pisco circuit that allows integrating activities such as accommodation, gastronomy and oenology under sustainable architecture criteria, carrying out field work to recognize the place and office to collect the information that theoretically support the project. For this, an Induction Center for the Experiential Ecotourism Circuit of Wine and Pisco in the Lunahuaná Valley is proposed as a groupof different complementary activities and services wichaim to show the cultural and economic diversity of the place, said center will have the following areas: Winery , Restaurant, Administrative Center, Ecolodge and the Services that supply them. Ultimately, this will contribute to the growth of ecotourism in the country and will benefit local residents in terms of workas well as help to improve the qualitystandard of the product throughout the valley.
