Centro educativo y de desarrollo infantil en Puente Piedra

Abstract

La presente Tesis explora la propuesta de la aplicación de las estrategias identificadas desde los aspectos formal, funcional y tecnológicos para un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil y cómo estás influyen positivamente en el desarrollo de los infantes. Se propone en base a una minuciosa investigación del antecedente tipológico, referencias y un marco normativo, el programa arquitectónico que responda a las necesidades del usuario, así como el emplazamiento del proyecto en un terreno seleccionado y estudiado. La elaboración del proyecto en todas sus etapas se concibe como una hipótesis de propuesta arquitectónica que genere un aporte a la tipología y que, de la mano con el énfasis de la Neuro-arquitectura, proponga una alternativa de diseño a los Locales de Educación en Nivel Inicial y defina criterios arquitectónicos a considerar que estimulen el desarrollo de los menores de 5 años.

This Thesis explores the proposal of the application of the strategies identified from the formal, functional and technological aspects for a Child Development Center and how they positively influence the development of infants. Based on a thorough investigation of the typological background, references and a regulatory framework, the architectural program that responds to the needs of the user is proposed, as well as the location of the project on a selected and studied plot of land. The elaboration of the project in all its stages is conceived as a hypothesis for an architectural proposal that generates a contribution to the typology and that, hand in hand with the emphasis of Neuro-architecture, offers an alternative in the design to the Premises of Education in First Level and define architectural criteria to consider in order to stimulate the development of minors under the age of 5.
