La presente investigación tiene como principal objetivo probar la relación entre la confianza, el riesgo percibido, la utilidad percibida, el valor percibido, la facilidad de uso con la satisfacción, y de esta con la intención de continuidad de uso de aplicativos móviles de delivery. Para ello, se realizaron 908 encuestas de las cuales 451 fueron aceptadas como válidas. Los datos fueron procesados a través de un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales SEM-PLS. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido comprobar que las variables de riesgo percibido, utilidad percibida y facilidad de uso se relacionan con satisfacción mientas que la confianza y el valor percibido no. También se comprobó que la satisfacción es un antecedente de la intención de continuidad de uso de los aplicativos móviles de delivery.The main objective of this research is to test the relationship between the variables of trust, perceived risk, perceived utility, perceived value, ease of use and satisfaction with the continuity of use of mobile delivery applications. For this, 908 surveys were carried out, of which 451 were accepted as valid. A structural equations model was proposed which was solved through the SmartPLS statistical program. The results obtained have allowed to verify that indeed the variable of perceived risk, perceived utility, perceived value, ease of use and satisfaction are related to the intention of continuity of use of delivery applications, however, it was possible to verify that the variable confidence in the intention of continuity of use.
