El Drawback y su impacto financiero en las empresas del sector pesquero en San Andrés – Pisco, 2020

Abstract

El Drawback es el régimen aduanero que devuelve a los exportadores los gastos efectuados por derechos arancelarios de insumos importados que son incorporados en la producción de los bienes que la empresa exporta.

Esta investigación busca verificar si el beneficio del Drawback tiene un impacto financiero positivo en las empresas exportadoras del sector pesquero de San Andrés-Pisco el año 2020, y si la devolución de aranceles que se les hace los ayuda a mejorar sus utilidades y rentabilidad; por otro lado se investiga cual es el impacto financiero que tiene en estas empresas las dificultades en los estrictos trámites para solicitar el Drawback, así como las multas impuestas por cometer errores durante el trámite, y como impactan financieramente en estas empresas.

La investigación tiene 5 capítulos, divididos en Marco teórico, Plan de investigación, Metodología de la investigación, Desarrollo del a Investigación y Discusión de Resultados. La tesis termina con las Conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas de la evaluación de los resultados.

This research seeks to verify if the benefit of the drawback has a positive financial impact on the exporting companies in the fishing sector of San Andrés-Pisco in 2020, and if the return of tariffs that is made to them helps them improve their profits and profitability; On the other hand, it is investigated what is the financial impact that the difficulties in the strict procedures to request the drawback have on these companies, as well as the fines imposed for committing errors during the procedure, and how they impact financially on these companies.

The research has 5 chapters, divided into Theoretical Framework, Research Plan, Research Methodology, Research Development and Discussion of Results. The thesis ends with the Conclusions and recommendations obtained from the evaluation of the results.
