Proyecto: Cleanspot

Abstract

El presente proyecto se basa en ofrecer un servicio de limpieza que sea confiable y seguro para los consumidores, ya que la pandemia por la COVID19 generó que las personas permanezcan mayor tiempo en sus hogares, haciéndose cargo no solo del trabajo y/o estudios, sino también de diferentes pendientes del hogar como cocinar, limpiar, pasear a la mascota, entre otros; por lo que resulta tedioso y agotador realizar todas las actividades de casa. Sin embargo, no es sencillo hallar a una persona que brinde confianza y seguridad; por ello, la idea de negocio del presente trabajo es ofrecer a los usuarios un servicio de limpieza y orden, otorgando una solución rápida y fácil, de excelente calidad, siempre teniendo en cuenta la seguridad. Por ello, Cleanspot ofrece diversos servicios de limpieza acorde a la necesidad del cliente, desde la prestación más básica con un precio asequible, hasta un servicio personalizado y Premium con una tarifa más alta dependiendo de la solicitud del usuario. Finalmente, se llevó a cabo un plan financiero que permitió determinar la valorización económica del negocio a través de los flujos de caja.

This project is based on offering a cleaning service that is trustable and safe for customers. COVID-19 pandemic forced people to stay more time in their homes, having to take care not only of their job and study responsibilities, but also domestic activities such as cooking, cleaning, walking their pets, among others; which is why it turns tedious and tiring to complete them all. However, it is not easy to find someone who brings confidence and safety, so the business idea of this project is to offer a cleaning and organizing service to the users, guaranteeing a quick and simple solution, with an excellent quality and always providing safety. Thus, Cleanspot offers many cleaning services according to the needs of the customers, from the most basic presentation with an accessible price, to a personalized and premium service with a higher price, depending on what the client requires. Finally, it has been done a financial plan which allowed to determine the economic valuation of the business through cash flows.
