Las instituciones educativas están adoptando de manera masiva el uso del e-learning, que facilita a los docentes y estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Sin embargo, la eficacia sigue siendo cuestionable con el paso del tiempo. Esto debido a que la satisfacción del estudiante influye en gran medida a la intención de continuidad junto a la percepción de valor con la que las plataformas cuentan. A raíz de ello la investigación tiene como finalidad identificar cual es la relación de las variables como calidad de servicio, satisfacción, intención de continuidad y el valor percibido en los cursos MOOC. Por ese motivo, se realizará una encuesta a 400 personas y las respuestas tendrán una medición de escala Likert del 1 al 5 en dónde 1 es “totalmente en desacuerdo” y 5 es “totalmente de acuerdo”.Educational institutions are massively adopting the use of e-learning, which facilitates teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. However, the effectiveness remains questionable over time. This according to the fact that the student satisfaction greatly influences the intention of continuity together with the perception of value that the platforms have. As a result, the research aims to identify the relationship of variables such as quality service, satisfaction, continuance intention and perceived value in MOOC courses. For this reason, a survey will be conducted with 400 people and the responses will have a Likert scale measurement from 1 to 5, where 1 is “totally disagree” and 5 is “totally agree”.
