The perceived usefulness and trust in relation to the use intention of telemedicineAbstract
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of this type of medical consultation increased considerably due to the impossibility of going to health centers in person. The objective of this research is to know the relation between the perceived usefulness, trust, and the use intention of telemedicine services. The sample will be made up of Peruvian men and women between 20 and 45 years of age who used telemedicine services between the period of April 2020 to June 2021. A non-probabilistic method will be proposed to carry out the questionnaire to 400 respondents, with a model of structural equations which will be analyzed through the Smart PLS tool.
