Socio-emotional impact on Peruvian basic education teachers as a product of remote teaching in the COVID 19 pandemic periodAbstract
The main purpose of this research is to understand the perspective of Peruvian basic education teachers on their socio-emotional experience in the framework of remote teaching in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. This approach is based on the direct experience of Peruvian teachers who are exposed to an overload work and emotional impact due to the transfer of educational work to their homes which becomes more complicated by their domestic duties and unpaid care as a result of gender roles imposed by society. This research could contribute to a opportune organization and action of teaching socio-emotional support both for the current scenario and for the post-pandemic educational future.
