Revisión teórica de liderazgo educativo, agotamiento y motivación de los directores de las instituciones educativas de la educación básica regular

Abstract

Este estudio presenta como objetivo principal la recopilación de fuentes en diversas bases de datos para profundizar la investigación acerca de los directores en I.E, el agotamiento que presentan y sus diferentes motivaciones. Se han recopilado fuentes acerca de las causas del agotamiento en los directores y cómo estas influyen tanto en el personal de la I.E, como en el logro de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. También, se mencionan los síntomas del agotamiento, tanto físicos como emocionales y se plantean algunas recomendaciones para que los directores puedan evitarlo o sobrellevarlo. Por otro lado, se recopilaron fuentes acerca de las causas de la motivación docente y cómo esta influye en su desempeño laboral y su impacto directo en el aprendizaje estudiantil.

This academic study presents as its main objective the compilation of sources in various databases to deepen the investigation about the directors in I.E, the exhaustion they present and their different motivations. Sources have been compiled about the causes of burnout in principals and how these influence both the staff of the I.E, and the learning achievement of students. Also, the symptoms of exhaustion, both physical and emotional, are mentioned and some recommendations are made so that directors can avoid or cope with it. On the other hand, sources were collected about the causes of teacher motivation and how it influences their work performance and its direct impact on student learning.
