El proyecto se desarrolla debido a la falta de equipamiento educativo en la zona Sur de Lima, adicional a esto, se encontró que actualmente hay una problemática en el diseño de los colegios a nivel nacional, que revisando los proyectos referenciales se puede ver que un espacio educativo puede ser parte de su entorno sin tener que generar un muro ciego a su contexto inmediato, logando así un espacio importante dentro de un área generando mayor tránsito de personas y fomentando la educación dentro de una comunidad. El diseño se elabora a partir de los estudios y análisis de las necesidades, además de haber revisado proyectos referenciales a nivel nacional y mundial que fomentan un espacio de ocio junto con el espacio educativo, en donde se determina que lo principal que se debe solucionar son los accesos independiente, para poder solucionar esto en mi proyecto se aprovechó la topografía del terreno, generando que todos los accesos (servicio, estudiante, comunidad) sean independientes, logrando así un espacio en el que el exterior es parte del proyecto pero dándole la debida seguridad al estudiante.The project is developed due to the lack of educational equipment in the South of Lima, in addition to this, it was found that there is currently a problem in the design of schools, which by reviewing the reference projects can be seen that a space Education can be part of their environment without having to generate a wall blind to its immediate context, thus gaining an important space within an area generating greater animation and promoting education within a community. The design is based on studies and analysis, in addition to reviewing reference projects at national and global level that promote a leisure space along with the educational space, where it is determined that the main thing that must be solved is independent accesses, n order to solve this in my project, the topography of the land was used, generating that all accesses (service, student, community) are independent, thus achieving a space in which the exterior is part of the project but giving it the due student safety.
