El presente trabajo de investigación buscará desarrollar e implementar un aplicativo de reservas en establecimientos de consumo que satisfaga las necesidades actuales del mercado. El público objetivo son los comensales mayores de 18 años que residen en Lima Metropolitana, que pertenezcan al nivel socioeconómico A, B y C; además, de contar con un dispositivo móvil (celular o Tablet) e Internet. Restaurask busca que los usuarios desde la comodidad de sus casas puedan reservar una mesa y platillos de su gusto en el restaurant que ellos elijan. Mediante el aplicativo Restaurask podrán dar y conocer las opiniones del restaurante a visitar, como el puntaje en el servicio, el precio de la comida y la satisfacción vivida. Así como también posee una opción de servicio al cliente para ayudar al cliente. Por último, se realizó un BMC, mapa de valor, perfil del cliente, experimentos, entrevistas a comensales, dueños de establecimientos y expertos en el rubro para la implementación del aplicativo. Se realizaron llamadas y se enviaron correos a dueños de restaurantes para recolectar información acerca de los beneficios, precios y utilidad del sistema de reserva. También, se trabajaron redes sociales para dar a conocer el impacto del emprendimiento, resaltando sus atributos en comparación a los competidores actuales del mercado. En el plano económico se realizaron proyecciones de venta, se calcularon los diferentes costos y gastos a tener por la implementación del aplicativo, la forma de financiamiento de entidades financieras e inversores.This research work will seek to develop and implement a reservation application in consumer establishments that meets the current needs of the market. The target audience is diners over 18 years of age who reside in Metropolitan Lima, who belong to socioeconomic level A, B and C; in addition, to have a mobile device (cell phone or Tablet) and Internet. Restaurask seeks that users from the comfort of their homes can reserve a table and dishes of their choice in the restaurant of their choice. Through the Restaurask application they will be able to give and know the opinions of the restaurant to visit, such as the score in the service, the price of the food and the satisfaction experienced. As well as it also has a customer service option to help the customer. Finally, a BMC, value map, customer profile, experiments, interviews with diners, owners of establishments and experts in the field were carried out for the implementation of the application. Calls were made and emails were sent to restaurant owners to collect information about the benefits, prices and usefulness of the reservation system. Also, social networks were used to publicize the impact of the enterprise, highlighting its attributes compared to current market competitors. In the economic plane, sales projections were made, the different costs and expenses to be had for the implementation of the application, the form of financing of financial entities and investors were calculated.
