Este trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado con el fin de encontrar solución al desgaste emocional en las personas que estudian y trabajan a la vez, la cual se agravo con la llegada de la pandemia. El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es validar un modelo de negocio. Este proyecto busca el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil que brinde sesiones psicológicas personalizadas. Además, cuenta con herramientas que ayudarán a mejorar la estabilidad emocional. La app tendrá el soporte necesario para poder realizar las sesiones por medio del aplicativo. Para la validación del presente trabajo pretende comenzar con la identificación de una necesidad personal. Se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad con el objetivo de conocer la percepción del usuario sobre la propuesta de solución planteada. A su vez, se realizaron entrevistas a expertos para conocer su apreciación sobre el proyecto y saber si esta idea logra convencerlos. Con ello, se realizó un Business Model Canvas que ayudo en la organización y definición el modelo de negocio de la empresa. Así mismo, se desarrollaron diversos experimentos para validar la intención de suscripción de los usuarios y la aceptación de los psicólogos para formar parte del proyecto. Todo proyecto debe tener un plan financiero para ver la viabilidad de este. Por ende, se realizaron entrevistas a expertos en temas relacionados a la programación de aplicativos con el objetivo de saber cuánto se deberá invertir y lograr una visión que se asemeje a la realidad entre la viabilidad y rentabilidad de la ejecución del proyecto.This research work was developed in order to find a solution to the emotional exhaustion in people who study and work at the same time, which worsened with the arrival of the pandemic. The purpose of this research work is to validate a business model. This project seeks the development of a mobile application that provides personalized psychological sessions. In addition, it has tools that will help improve emotional stability. The app will have the necessary support to be able to carry out the sessions through the application. For the validation of this work, it intends to start with the identification of a personal need. In-depth interviews were conducted with the aim of knowing the user's perception of the proposed solution. In turn, interviews were conducted with experts to find out their appreciation of the project and to find out if this idea manages to convince them. With this, a Business Model Canvas was made that helped in the organization and definition of the company's business model. Likewise, various experiments were developed to validate the intention of users to subscribe and the acceptance of psychologists to be part of the project. Every project must have a financial plan to see its viability. Therefore, interviews were conducted with experts on issues related to application programming in order to know how much should be invested and achieve a vision that resembles reality between the viability and profitability of project execution.
