This research work aims to provide an option for adults and adolescents seeking professional psychological support. Mental Balance is the brainchild of a group of students from the UPC, which seeks to provide support to people virtually, giving patients the opportunity to choose the most convenient time to meet with psychologists. Likewise, the aim of this service is to help people face their problems or concerns throughout their day, as there are many who admit that they need the support of a specialist in whom they can place their trust and who can provide them with a solution to their problems. In order to arrive at the final result of the project, we first used the qualitative research method by means of in-depth interviews with profiles of the two segments proposed, users and specialists, which helped us to better understand the preferences and needs of the current market. We then proceeded to use the quantitative research method through the MVP by conducting experiments on social networks and landing pages, in which we were able to determine the level of public acceptance of the proposal. In the same way, the research work will be able to evaluate all the strategic variables, budgets, expenses, cash flows and the profit and loss statement that demonstrate that this project is viable.
