Museo y bodega del pisco en Ica

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en un Museo y Bodega del Pisco, bebida que forma parte de nuestros patrimonios culturales inmateriales de la nación. Actualmente existe múltiples campañas para fomentar la venta y producción de dicho aguardiente, sin embargo, no contamos con un lugar donde controlen la denominación de origen Pisco, ni un espacio en donde se cuente la historia, la producción y su desarrollo con los años. Siendo nuestra bebida bandera, deberíamos darle la importancia que esta merece. Este proyecto está ubicado en la ciudad de Guadalupe, en la provincia de Ica. El objetivo principal es lograr la integración de las distintas bodegas vitivinícolas en Ica y reforzar la ruta del pisco, además, busca servir como nodo articulador de todos los proyectos relacionados con el Pisco y aumentar las áreas de cultivo del vid. Como énfasis arquitectónico se busca lograr la integración del proyecto con el entorno, así como también, lograr conectar la arquitectura con los viñedos.

The project consists of a Pisco museum and cellar, a drink that is part of our intangible cultural heritage of the nation. There are many campaigns to promote the sale and production of this spirit, however, we do not have a place where they control the designation of origin Pisco, or a space where history is told, production and its development over the years. Being our flagship drink, we should give it the importance it deserves. This project is in the city of Guadalupe, in the province of Ica. The main objective is to achieve the integration of the different wine cellars in Ica and reinforce the pisco route, in addition, seeks to serve as an articulator node of all projects related to Pisco and increase the areas of grape growing area. As architectural emphasis seeks to achieve the integration of the project with the environment, as well as achieve connect the architecture with the vineyards.
