Working adaptability in collaborators of administrative areas in companies of Metropolitan Lima during pandemicAbstract
El objetivo del presente estudio fue describir la adaptabilidad laboral durante la pandemia por COVID-19 en colaboradores administrativos de Lima (Perú). Para este fin, se desarrolló un estudio de tipo cualitativo de diseño fenomenológico, participaron 9 colaboradores administrativos a quienes se les aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada. Los resultados fueron agrupados y analizados a partir de cuatro dimensiones: Adaptación a la casa como lugar de trabajo, adaptación a las características de la organización durante la pandemia, adaptación a las tareas de la organización y, por último, competencias y estrategias personales para la adaptabilidad laboral. Las conclusiones indican que la adaptabilidad laboral es una competencia fundamental para poder realizar el trabajo remoto, en cuanto al desempeño de tareas, trabajo en equipo y desarrollo profesional para los colaboradores que se encuentran laborando en un contexto de crisis.The objective of the present study was to describe the work adaptability during the COVID-19 pandemic in administrative collaborators in Lima (Peru). For this purpose, a qualitative study of phenomenological design was developed, with the participation of 9 administrative collaborators who were given a semi-structured interview. The results were grouped and analyzed based on four dimensions: Adaptation to the home as a workplace, adaptation to the characteristics of the organization during the pandemic, adaptation to the tasks of the organization and, finally, personal skills and strategies for job adaptability. The conclusions indicate that labor adaptability is a fundamental competence to be able to carry out remote work, in terms of task performance, teamwork and professional development for collaborators who are working in a crisis context.
