The objective of the study is to relate the quality of professional life and occupational psychosocial risks in the workers of a company in the retail sector. In this sense, a cross-sectional descriptive correlational non-experimental design was developed with a convenience sample of 165 employees during the COVID-19 quarantine. The instruments applied were the Quality of Professional Life Questionnaire (Grimaldo y Reyes, 2015) and the Occupational Psychosocial Factors Questionnaire (Pando et al., 2016). Both instruments had a reliability of ,87 and ,91, which allows them to be considered as having strong and very strong reliability, respectively. Using the Spearman test, both instruments and their respective scales were correlated; also making comparisons with sociodemographic variables. Regarding total scores, no significant correlations were found between the variables. But, there is a significant and positive relationship between workload and psychosocial factors; negative and significant relationship between intrinsic motivation and four psychosocial factors; and, negative relationship between managerial support with most psychosocial risk factors. There are significant differences between the job position and the time in the organization with respect to the quality of professional life, but not with gender. Consequently, regarding the general objective, it was concluded that the variables examined are independent of each other (null correlation), because the level of significance is greater than ,05.
