Manzana Huerto en el valle de Pisco

Abstract

El proyecto Manzana-Huerto, es el resultado de una investigación de campo reforzado con conceptos teóricos sobre la ecología, urbanismo y sostenibilidad. A través de la toma de partido, reduce el grado de intervención sobre el terreno, reforzado con el diseño arquitectónico y solución estructural, brinda viviendas de acceso económico a las familias. El proyecto conserva la identidad y costumbres de maneras de vivir locales. Es un modelo de urbanismo ecológico capaz de ser replicado sobre futuras expansiones de la ciudad sobre terreno agrícola. La conservación de la acequia y su puesta en valor es pieza fundamental en el desarrollo de la idea a lo largo de todo el planteamiento. La tesis, realiza un acercamiento estrecho entre el perfil cualitativo del usuario y un modelo de casa con el agrupamiento respectivo.

The City Block-Orchard project is the result of field research reinforced with theoretical concepts on ecology, urbanism, and sustainability. Through taking sides, it reduces the degree of intervention on the ground, reinforced with the architectural design and structural solution, it provides affordable housing for families. The project preserves the identity and customs of local ways of life. It is a model of ecological urbanism capable of being replicated on future expansions of the city on agricultural land. The conservation of the ditch and its enhancement is a fundamental piece in the development of the idea throughout the entire approach. The thesis makes a close approach between the qualitative profile of the user and a house model with the respective grouping.
