Centro de reinserción social para adolescentes infractores

Abstract

La presente tesis consiste en el diseño de un centro de reinserción social para adolescentes infractores y está dirigido para el tratamiento a medio abierto de los adolescentes del distrito judicial de Lima Este. El tratamiento a medio abierto es aquel que no requiere internamiento y las actividades desarrolladas en este tipo de tratamiento tienen un enfoque socioeducativo, contando con tres ejes principales: la formación educativa, la formación terapéutica y la formación socio recreativa.

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es contribuir en la solución a la problemática del sistema de reinserción social del país ya que una de sus principales deficiencias es la falta de una infraestructura adecuada para la correcta ejecución del tratamiento de los adolescentes.

This thesis consists of the design of a social reintegration center for adolescent offenders and is aimed at the open treatment of adolescents in the judicial district of Lima Este. The treatment in open medium is one in which adolescents don’t live in the center and the activities carried out in this type of treatment have a socio-educational focus, with three main axes: educational training, therapeutic training and socio-recreational training.

The main objective of this project is to contribute to the solution to the problem of the country's social reintegration system, since one of its main deficiencies is the lack of adequate infrastructure for the correct execution of the treatment of adolescents.
