Los servicios que actualmente ofrecen las empresas fabricantes de productos de consumo masivo son principalmente por canales tradicionales, mediante visitas presenciales de vendedores de cada empresa fabricante a los bodegueros. MiBodeguita.com es una aplicación surgida de la necesidad de los bodegueros por flexibilizar su proceso de abastecimiento de anaqueles y acortar los tiempos de entrega, ha sido creada para brindar el servicio de toma de pedidos de manera fácil y rápida. La app se encarga de gestionar las necesidades de los bodegueros y enviar sus pedidos digitalmente a los fabricantes, quienes prepararán y enviarán los productos a los bodegueros de Lima Metropolitana. De esta manera, MiBodeguita.com ofrecerá a los bodegueros mayor autonomía y agilidad en el abastecimiento de sus bodegas. El propósito es asegurar el abastecimiento de productos optimizando tiempos y rotación. Asimismo, se desarrollará una relación digital y automatizada entre el bodeguero y el fabricante que construirá un historial de compra con data valiosa para la toma de decisiones futuras en el canal. Finalmente, el modelo de negocio está dirigido a personas con bodegas de diversos tamaños y en distintas zonas que deseen manejar mejor su presupuesto de distribución y abastecimiento. Para este proyecto se ha elaborado un plan de marketing, una estructura organizacional y un plan financiero, estos análisis han permitido validar que el proyecto es viable y redituable en el tiempo.The services currently offered by Consumer Goods Companies are mainly through traditional channels, through face-to-face visits by vendors from each manufacturing company to the grocers. MiBodeguita.com is an application that arose from the need of grocer to make their shelf supply process more flexible and shorten delivery times. It has been created to provide an order-taking service easily and quickly. The app is in charge of managing the needs of the grocers and sending their orders digitally to the manufacturers, who will prepare and send the products to the grocers of Metropolitan Lima. In this way, MiBodeguita.com will offer grocers greater autonomy and agility in the supply of their products. The purpose is to ensure the supply of products by optimizing times and rotation. Additionally, a digital and automated relationship will be developed between the grocer and the manufacturer that will build a purchase history with valuable data for future decision-making in the channel. Finally, the business model is aimed at various sizes of grocery stores and in different locations who wish to improve the manage their distribution and budget. For this project, we have been developed a marketing plan, an organizational structure and a financial plan. These analyzes have allowed us to validate that the project is viable and profitable over time.
