Assessment of civil works application the management of value earned for the sport infrastructure construction project, by i. e. diego quispe tito of the district of san sebastian – cuscoAbstract
This research work is based on the application of the Management of the Value Gained to measure the performance of the work carried out Construction of Sports Infrastructure, of the I. E. Diego Quispe Tito of the District of San Sebastián – Cusco in the aspects related to planning, cost control and timeframe to analyze the performance of the project at certain milestones, which were identified by comparing graphically. the value gained and the planned value. The delivered items of deliverables were evaluated, variances in identified milestones were identified and the causes of delays and non-compliance with planned timelines and costs were analysed. Value Added Management (EVM) is an important technique and at the same time little applied in our region, since it has been proven to be an efficient technique for project monitoring and control, with this tool we can identify at an opportune moment the variations that the work may have with the planned deliverables and thus be able to improve the performance of the project execution. The development of the research work begins by proposing the baseline, elaborating the planned schedule, obtaining the costs of the materials used during the construction phase, then comparing the actual cost and the planned cost with which we obtained results, in order to be able to propose alternative solutions for the execution of future projects of the company.
