El presente trabajo trata de la marca Mente Sana que brinda servicio de psicoterapia online a través de aplicativo móvil a cargo de Psicólogos calificados en la presentación de cuatro tipos de planes que son Diagnóstico, Terapia Individual, Terapia Familiar y Terapia Grupal Padres. El concepto del servicio está dirigido para padres de familia de 25 a 55 años con niños de 6 a 12 años con problemas emocionales, que pertenecen al NSE A, B y C y residen en los distritos Lima Norte y Lima Sur de Lima Metropolitana, que están interesados en los servicios de psicoterapia. Esta idea de negocio busca satisfacer a sus clientes ofreciéndoles un servicio accesible a través de aplicativo móvil donde el cliente recibirá una atención personalizada y amigable basada en diagnóstico, terapias y seguimiento al paciente por el WhatsApp para dotarle de herramientas para la resolución de conflictos derivados del comportamiento de los hijos y padres. Según la evaluación del plan financiero para que el negocio Mente Sana inicie sus operaciones necesita una inversión de S/ 131, 291, el cual, será financiado un 70% con aporte de accionistas y un 30% mediante un préstamo a una TEA de 20% que se pagará en 24 meses. Esta inversión destinada para el financiamiento del proyecto Mente Sana en cinco años genera un VPN de FCLD de S/ 364,078 para todos los inversionistas y un VPN del FCNI de S/ 383,464 para los accionistas.This paper presents Mente Sana, a brand that provides online psychotherapy service through a mobile application delivered by qualified psychologists presenting four types of plans which are Diagnosis, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy and Group Therapy for Parents. The concept of the service is targeted for parents from 25 to 55 years old with children from 6 to 12 years old with emotional problems, who belong to Socioeconomic Level A, B and C and reside in the districts of North Lima and South Lima of Metropolitan Lima, who are interested in psychotherapy services. This business idea seeks to satisfy its clients by offering them an accessible service through a mobile application, where the client will receive personalized and friendly attention based on diagnosis, therapies and patient follow-up via WhatsApp in order to provide them with tools for the resolution of conflicts arising from the behavior of children and parents. According to the evaluation of the financial plan for Mente Sana business to start operations, it needs an investment of S/ 131,291, which will be financed 70% with shareholder contributions and 30% through a loan at an APR of 20% to be repaid in 24 months. This investment destined to finance the project Mente Sana in five years generates a NPV of FCLD of S/ 364,078 for all investors and a NPV of FCNI of S/ 383,464 for shareholders.
