Adaptation of the Luxembourg Workplace Mobbing Scale Instrument in Administrative Personnel of Private Sector Companies in Metropolitan LimaAbstract
This research aims to determine the psychometric properties of the “Luxembourg Workplace Mobbing Scale” (LMWS), The sample was composed by 201 workers in mass consumption companies in Lima, Peru, (46.8% men and 53.2% women), between 19 and 63 years of age.
