El presente proyecto de negocio nace con el objetivo de generar ahorro e ingresos extras para familias con niños entre 0 a 8 años, como también, optimizar espacios dentro del hogar, contribuyendo positivamente con el medio ambiente, a través de un modelo de negocio viable y escalable. De esta manera, surge Roperito, una idea de negocio que busca darle un segundo uso a las prendas de ropa infantil, enfocado en un segmento de padres de familia entre 19 y 45 años, a nivel nacional, inclinados al cuidado del medio ambiente y al ahorro familiar. Debido a lo mencionado, la propuesta se introduce al mercado apoyada en dos herramientas digitales: una aplicación móvil y la plataforma web. Es así que, los usuarios podrán exhibir las prendas que desean vender de manera óptima y eficiente, completando las transacciones a través del monedero del aplicativo. Finalmente, mencionar que la validación del negocio Roperito se llevó a cabo a través de diversos métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos de investigación, que confirman la necesidad de un mercado objetivo que se busca cubrir, así como el potencial de crecimiento del sector.The present business project was created with the objective of generating savings and additional income for families with children between 0 to 8 years old, as well as optimizing spaces within the home, contributing positively to the environment, through a viable and scalable business model. Therefore, Roperito emerged, as a business idea that seeks to give a second use to children's clothes, focused on a segment of parents between the ages of 19 to 45 years old, nationwide, inclined to care for the environment and increase family savings. Due to the above, the proposal is introduced to the market supported by two digital tools: a mobile application and a website. By these mean so, users will be able to display the garments they want to sell in an optimal and efficient way, completing the payment transactions through the application's wallet. Finally, it is worth mentioning that Roperito’s validation phase is carried out through different qualitative and quantitative research methods, which confirm the needs in a target market to be covered, as well as the growth potential of the sector.
