Year that the COVID-19 pandemic began, and many companies around the world, from different sectors, were affected, some more than others. And so, they can implement various improvement strategies in critical and unexpected events. The research design is non-experimental of a cross-sectional type, that is, data will be collected at a single moment and time, and of correlational - causal scope, with a quantitative approach. A virtual Likert-type survey was developed and a sample corresponding to 230 workers was surveyed. The coefficient used in this study is Spearman's Rho and linear regression. According to the results, it was found that there is a very low inverse correlation, and it can be inferred that Digital Transformation does not significantly influence the Organizational Culture of small and medium textile companies.es_PE
